Considered “the champagne of waters”, Beverly Hills 9OH2O was designed by world-class sommeliers expressly for fine dining, special events, and exclusive gifting.  Pristine spring water from high up in the Northern California Mountains is crafted with natural minerals using a proprietary patent-pending formula.  The crafting process results in a 7.5 pH alkalinity, perfectly-balanced minerals, and a silky smooth, incredibly crisp, exceptionally fresh taste profile with overwhelming appeal across the entire consumer spectrum.  These extraordinarily unique characteristics make Beverly Hills 9OH2O the first ever water truly suited for pairing with fine foods and wines.

Beverly Hills 9OH2O’s brilliant diamond-like glass bottle is hand finished and triple-sealed to ensure exceptional purity, freshness, safety, and authenticity.  The process is completed with an individual inspection by white-gloved quality specialists.  “Only the absolutely perfect survive this supreme best-of-the-best challenge, thus becoming certified with the prestigious Beverly Hills 9OH2O signature label,” says Jon Gluck, Beverly Hills local and founder and president of Beverly Hills Drink Company.  He continued, “Our vision was to bring to the world the extraordinary beauty, exquisite taste, and true luxury of the iconic Beverly Hills, California.”

The sommelier-crafted Beverly Hills 9OH2O is available exclusively in the finest restaurants, luxury hotels, gourmet markets, high fashion boutiques, and other leading establishments worldwide.  “It is very exciting to witness the birth of a global sensation,” says Martin Riese, the world-renowned water sommelier who led the taste design team. “We set out to do something that has never been done before: sommelier-craft the ultimate water taste profile and become the first water product to truly rise to the fine dining experience.  By all accounts we have succeeded in creating the world’s finest water and are thrilled by the enormous buzz already surrounding Beverly Hills 9OH2O.”

Beverly Hills 9OH2O is made available in limited editions of 10,000 individually numbered glass bottles.  Each edition features unique custom art, making every bottle also a highly desirable gift and prized collectable.

During the first phase of its worldwide launch, Beverly Hills 9OH2O will be available exclusively in top-tier U.S. markets, including Chicago, Dallas, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, and San Francisco.  On the international front, Beverly Hills Drink Company is negotiating distributorships for Beverly Hills 9OH2O in several overseas markets, including Australia, Canada, China, Dubai, France,Germany, Italy, Kuwait, and South Korea.  The global launch is supported by a number of local, national, and international initiatives.  Beverly Hills 9OH2O is the title sponsor of the 2013 Fine Dining People’s Choice Awards with the winners announced at the gala ceremony in Beverly Hills in October.  As the first American global fine water brand, Beverly Hills 9OH2O was selected as the featured product at the 2013 International High-End Water Exhibition held in April in Shanghai, China.  Other major marketing initiatives will be launched throughout 2013.
