The artisanal pizza heaven’s innovative new MAC series uses the freshest ingredients straight from Italy, France, and Australia. Lobster MAC, Truffle MAC, Four Cheese MAC, and Mustard Chicken Potato MAC all feature three deluxe cheeses – Mozzarella, Emmental, and Cheddar that are guaranteed to provide the ultimate cheese experience for guests!
Perfect for Spring, Lobster MAC teases the palate with meaty lobster bits swimming in a fragrant 2-hour lemongrass lobster sauce. Truffle MAC features three types of hand-selected seasonal mushrooms finished off with top quality truffle oil from Italy. Another must try is the Four Cheese MAC, which brings together Parmesan, Ricotta, Buffalo Mozzarella, and Gorgonzola – simply cheese heaven! Not to be outdone, Mustard Chicken Potato MAC creatively melds the creaminess of freshly mashed potatoes with the tanginess of mustard grilled chicken.
The artisanal pizza heaven also welcomes guests to indulge in its newest specialty pies, Slow-Cooked Duck Breast Pizza and Ox Tongue Pizza, and to try the sweet crunchy signature Soft Shell Crab Pizza, a customer favourite at both their TST and Causeway Bay shops.
Putting quality first, The Point insists on using the finest “00 Flour” from Italy for its pizza dough. Which is carefully proofed by their skilled pizza chefs for more than 24 hours to ensure its unique crispy chewy texture. The original Slow-Cooked Duck Breast Pizza features a 24-hour herb-marinated duck breast. Slow-cooked at precisely 63 degrees and thinly sliced, coupled with fresh Gorgonzola and drizzled with sweet plum sauce to create an unforgettable creamy and tart taste.
The Ox Tongue Pizza is topped with generous portions of thick-sliced corned ox tongue, sweet roasted bell peppers, milky smoked mozzarella and a dash of homemade BBQ sauce. Juicy, piquant and rustic! Last but not least, don’t forget to try the Soft Shell Crab Pizza. Topped with freshly battered golden soft shell crab drizzled with fresh pineapple salsa, to see why it continues to be a crowd-pleaser.
