A Babbo veteran at over 12 years, Chef Langello takes pride in assuming the ambassador role, speaking passionately about Babbo’s unique DNA that comprises of “authentic Italian fare, creativity mixed with adventure, an innovative spirit, and a genuine service culture built on principles of customer engagement”.

Here to inspire, Chef Langello invites Hong Kong to experience an all-original Babbo tasting menu comprising of a flavor-rich Insalata Di Granchio e Fave (Flower Crab Salad with Favetta), perfectly-cooked Fettucini “Babbo” (Stinging Nettle Fettuccine with Babbo Pancetta and Aspararus), most-tender Lombatello Con Fregula e Funghi (Grilled Hanger Steak with Wild Mushrooms Freula and Black Truffle), and a delicious Panna Cotta Allo Zaferano (Saffron Panna Cotta with Rhubarb Marmellata) – Bon Appétit!
